Return Policy:

We don’t accept return or exchange or refund since the products sold in sale price . All the sales in the website is final .

But if there is any damage in the product it will be exchanged.

Exchange Policy:

For Damage exchange:
Return pick up option is not available it should be only sent by customer and shipping charges will be paid ( shipping will be covered for damage products sent by mistake )

Exchanges are accepted only if the products have issues in terms of manufacturing defects.

In case of damage or wrong product:

Damages and Issues :
Customer should take an unpacking video for any kind of damage claim or missing product or any issues for that matter . The video will be considered as proof. And we will note the package weight in the courier cover for missing pieces that will also be considered as proof. Without the unpacking video, exchange will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or missing item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For all the above mentioned issues you have 1-2 days time to report to us . After that any claim will not be accepted strictly. Also exchange policy for defect items only, which means you have to ship it within a week after receiving your item. Same product only will be exchanged you cannot choose a different product.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. We don’t have return pick up option . For any kind of exchange please courier it back to us .
